Ongoing Monitoring Terms

Ongoing Monitoring costs $29 USD per month and renews through PayPal until cancelled.

What is included

• One scheduled public website health check each month
• Review of key public pages and the primary contact path
• Checks for material changes to availability, mobile usability, visible contact details, primary calls to action, basic trust elements, and previously recorded audit findings
• A monthly status summary
• An additional email alert when a material issue is verified

What is not included

Monitoring is not continuous real-time monitoring, website hosting, an uptime guarantee, security penetration testing, malware removal, emergency response, unlimited development, redesign, copywriting, SEO campaigns, advertising, social media management, or third-party fees.

Fixes are not included in the monthly fee. Any implementation requires a separate exact scope, price where applicable, authorization, secure access, backup, change record, and recheck.

Billing and cancellation

You may cancel at any time through PayPal. Monitoring continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and no future charge is taken after PayPal confirms cancellation.

Fees already paid are not prorated or refunded for a partial billing period, except where required by law or where Ukuxhuma confirms a billing error.

Starting and pausing monitoring

Monitoring starts after payment and onboarding are connected to the correct website. A public website URL and working customer email are required. Monitoring may be paused if the website is inaccessible for an extended period, ownership cannot be verified, payment fails, or safe public checking is blocked.

Service boundary

Monitoring is a scheduled public website check. It does not guarantee that every outage, security event, content error, or conversion problem will be detected. An alert does not authorize Ukuxhuma to change the website.
